ก.ล.ต.ไฟเขียว SCC ขายหุ้นกู้ 2.5 หมื่นล้าน อายุ4ปี ดอกเบี้ย 2.65%

นายรุ่งโรจน์รังสิโยภาส กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัทปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)หรือ SCC แจ้งตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.)ว่า เมื่อวันที่ 10 ส.ค. 2564 สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์(ก.ล.ต.)ได้อนุมัติการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ชุดใหม่ครั้งที่2/2564 (SCC25OA) จำนวน 25,000 ล้านบาท


ทั้งนี้เพื่อทดแทนหุ้นกู้ชุดเดิมที่จะครบกำหนดไถ่ถอนในวันที่1 ตุลาคม 2564 จำนวน 25,000 ล้านบาท โดยเสนอขายให้ผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ SCC21OA ที่เป็นผู้ลงทุนประชาชนทั่วไป ผู้ถือหุ้นกู้บริษัทปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ชุดอื่น ๆที่เป็นผู้ลงทุนประชาชนทั่วไป และผู้ลงทุนประชาชนทั่วไป

ทั้งนี้หุ้นกู้ดังกล่าวมีอายุ 4 ปี มีอัตราดอกเบี้ย 2.65% จ่ายทุกๆ3 เดือน (1ม.ค.,1เม.ย.,1ก.ค.และ1 ต.ค.) วันออกหุ้นกู้ คือวันที่ 1 ต.ค.2564 วันครบกำหนดไถ่ถอน1 ต.ค.2568

โดยมีผู้จัดการหน่ายประกอบด้วย BAY, BBL, KBANK, KTB และ SCB


สำหรับหุ้นกู้ดังกล่าวได้รับการจัดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือจากบริษัทฟิ ทช์ เรทติ้งส์(ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ที่ระดับ A+ (tha)
